sketcher, won the 3-guinea prize for the best drawing from the round at exhibitions of the South Australian Society of Arts in 1863 and 1865, evidently as a student of Charles Hill 's Adelaide School of Design. Her earlier sketch was called Young Augustus , the later unidentified. Both are likely to have been copies.
