Eric Nichols (1902-1966) was the partner of Walter Burley Griffin and Marion Mahony Griffin from the 1920s until they left Australia in 1935. His post-World War II work included the Hedberg house, Castlecrag and Turner(?) house, Castlecrag, and additions to Griffin’s Moon house, 12 The Parapet, Castlecrag, all late 1940s and Caltex House, Kent Street, Sydney, late 1950s. He was one of the founders of Thredbo, with Dick Dusseldorp (Lend Lease).
