Description

The Stone Room was conceived by Martin Sharp at the Yellow House, but worked on by a number of artists, including Peter Kingston who was responsible for its distinctive stumbled appearance. Both Brett Whiteley and Martin Sharp worked on the wave, but Sharp’s vision prevailed.
Joyce Gittoes was asked by her son, George, to make the distinctive stoneware objects on the table.
