Felicity Johncock was born in 1979 and is a decendent of the Kokatha people of South Australia. She is associated with Kuju Aboriginal Arts and Crafts in Port Lincoln and it was through this association that she was able to exhibit her paintings in the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Our Mob exhibitions at the Adelaide Festival Centre.
