Frederic Villiers b. 1852

Also known as Sir Frederick Villiers
A war artist and correspondent, Villiers came to Australia on lecture tours on five occasions. His first round-the-world tour was in 1880, the second in 1895 when he probably met Arthur Streeton, who painted his portrait.
