painter, showed Portrait of W.H. Archer, Esq., Registrar General at Melbourne’s fourth Annual Exhibition of Fine Arts, which the Age of 2 March 1864 called 'hard and ill colored’ [sic]. Bionda was listed in the catalogue as a resident artist of 102 Spring Street, Melbourne.
