Annan Fabrics was established in 1941 by Alexandra Mackenzie and Annie Outlaw. The company designed and printed a range of popular and acclaimed fabrics that employed strong colours and Australian motifs. Their many commissions included fabrics for the office of the High Commissioner of Pakistan, the Qantas offices in London, Honolulu, New York and Djakarta.
