Artsource is the peak membership body for visual artists in Western Australia. It was founded in 1986 as Artists Foundation of Western Australia Ltd as part of Western Australian cultural development in the lead up to the America’s Cup Defence, held in Fremantle in 1987. The Foundation has been trading as Artsource since 2004.
