illustrator, drew 'Our Contingent in the Sudan’, published in Town and Country Journal 13 June 1885, p.1223, and 'New South Wales Troops for Egypt’ published 28 February 1885, p.443. Both are initialled 'H.M.R’. As 'H.M. Robertson’, he also contributed to Town and Country Journal, e.g. 'Jam Making in New South Wales' 23 January 1885, 183.
