painter and cartoonist, did cartoons as well as paintings at Melbourne in the 1930s, according to Donald Richardson. His original 1946 caricature, E.J. Holloway, MHR Labour member Melb. Ports (donated to LT by Melbourne Argus in 1957), was included in Global Arts Link’s 2000 exhibition, Bluey and Curley .

An exhibition of Vike’s paintings of Aussie Rules in the 1960s, VFL Football , was held at Melbourne Fine Art Gallery 26 August-13 September 1999. (invite and calendar illustrated with good Aussie Rules painting of two footballers. Also catalogue of drawings.)
