cartoonist, left school-teaching to take up freelance cartooning c.1994. He became the daily cartoonist for the Mackay Daily Mercury and 'freelances full time for several other North Queensland newspapers. He exhibited the originals of 'Oops! Code of conduct’, published in the Mackay Daily Mercury 17 October 1997, 'Stone Waller’ 17 December 1997 [sic but evidently 1996] and 'I can’t keep shielding you like this’ [on Senator Colston] 10 April 1997, in Bringing the House Down: 12 Months of Australian Political Humour (Canberra: National Museum of Australia/ Old Parliament House exhibition, 1997), cats 36, 38, 70. He had 'The warning shot’ in Bringing the House Down 2001 (acc. NMA website).
