cartoonist, was born in Kalgoorlie WA, but moved to New Zealand at an early age. He first broke into print at the age of 13, doing two political cartoons per week for the Christchurch Spectator . After drawing for most of the NZ papers, he returned to Australia in 1927 and did freelance cartoons for the Sunday Sun , Bulletin , Sydney Mail , Women’s Weekly , Woman’s Mirror , Man , etc. His work also appeared in London and New York papers. He was aged 30 in 1937 when a brief biography appeared in Man .

Possibly Henry William Bennett, active in New Zealand during 1941-1945.
