Jeremy Kinstlinger grew up in an Orthodox Jewish Family in Sydney, Australia. Billycock Denim & Co was established by Kinstlinger and friend, Chaim Goldstein. Three years of research into all facets of the fashion industry led to a launch of the brand in 2010. Billycock takes its name from a hat worn by gangsters in Manchester in the 1870s. Their jeans are all limited edition, unique pieces, handmade in Australia using Japanese denim.
