Started Jessika Allen Design in the late 1990's. After a stint designing for Big W and Sportgirl, Allen purchased and began designing for JETS Swimwear.

Jessika Allen, design director for JETS Swimwear graduated in Fashion Design and Textiles at UTS and completed a post-graduate degree in tailoring at the Istituto Marangoni, Milan. Allen gained early experience working with George Gross, Seafolly, Guanta and Running Bare and eventually established her own label, Jessika Allen Design in the late 1990s designing for Big W, Sportsgirl and Miss Shop. Allen was very hands-on and would design, sell, pack, invoice and dispatch the goods.

At 30 years of age, Allen purchased JETS Swimwear and successfully reestablished the company to become an internationally renowned enterprise, with 95% of the product still being made in Australia
