Contemporary cartoonist, Rosser has been contributing cartoons for the past two decades to a number of educational publications including the AEU News and The Queensland Teachers' Union Journal. In 1996 Rosser won the Anne Hall Award sponsored by the Women's Electoral Lobby (Vic).
