Late 20th century Brisbane caricaturist and cartoonist. Working as artist in Newcastle, NSW. Applegate, who now works under the name Brooker, exhibited four times in the annual Bringing the House Down exhibition at Old Parliamenent House in Canberra in the 1990s.
