professional photographer, lived and worked in Bank Street East, Emerald Hill (South Melbourne) in 1866-71. Davies and Stanbury also list a carte-de-visite from Geelong.

Wood was connected with David Wood and with the later photographers William and Thomas C. Wood, possibly their father.
