Painter who exhibited oil paintings of 'Bell Lilies’ and 'Hastings’ in the West Australian Society of Arts exhibition in 1898. Collier was a committee member of the society. Her studio address was Bon March_ Buildings, Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia.
In the 1899 society exhibition Collier’s Misty Morning did not please the critic. He thought she had a pleasant colour scheme but not enough foreground. She exhibited in the Coolgardie Industrial Exhibition that same year winning a first class award for 'Flowers (oil)’.
