Flemington Lawn on Cup Day , one of series of three Melbourne Cup paintings by Kahler engraved by Goupil, Paris, in 1887 and published with a key by Carl Pinschof at Melbourne in 1890. Described in the Bulletin of 19 January 1889 as 'a veritable page in the history of Australia’.
