Painter daughter of J. W. R. Linton and his wife Lottie n_e Bates Barrow who exhibited with the West Australian Society of Arts in 1933. Her exhibits were the watercolours Solitude and The Happy Shadows. She married graphic designer Angus McGregor and moved to Sydney in 1938 taking her mother with her. Linton had made her a beautiful crescent shaped necklace encrusted with opals, which was lost in Sydney soon after they arrived. He also made her an amethyst pendant which is now in the collection of the National Gallery of Australia.
