painter, wife of Admiral Sir Frederick Bedford, Governor of WA in 1903-09. She was a talented wildflower painter, 'far better than Mrs Pelloe or Lady Forrest ', according to Rica Erickson. Some of her works hang in the WA Herbarium, South Perth.
