Born in about 1945, Leslie Daniels is a Warlpiri speaker. His traditional country is Mt Wedge and Yuendumu, and he paints Snake, Fire, Thunderstorm, Kerrinyara (Mt Wedge) and Honey Ant Dreamings. He is married to Emily Andy Napaljarri, whose family connections to the painting movement go back to the early ’80s in Papunya. Lives at Mt Allan.
