Born at Ngapa, Matthew Egan is a Warlpiri speaker who lives at Yuendumu and paints for Warlukurlangu Artists. His Dreamings include Warlukurlangu (Fire) and Ngapa (Water). His work was shown in exhibitions of Warlukurlangu Artists in Melbourne and the Gold Coast in 1992.
