Born at Willowra c.1940, Minnie Dixon’s traditional country is Willowra, for which she paints Goanna, Bush Onion, Bush Tomato, Bush Bean and Bush Potato Dreamings. She lives in Willowra but has connections to the communities in Ti-Tree, Yuendumu and Lajamanu. She began painting in 1985, learning from other artists in her family.
