At the fourth annual exhibition of the Art Society of NSW in 1883: 'Miss A. Bidell exhibits two clever studies of Azaleas and Ferns and Autumn Leaves ' ( Sydney Morning Herald 5 October 1883, 8). At the fifth exhibition of the Art Society of NSW in 1884: 'Miss Ann Biddell’s spring flowers are well coloured’ ( Sydney Mail 26 July 1884, 158).
