Painter, was included in an art exhibition organised by M. Maurice at Launceston in 1885 along with Joshua Higgs , evidently her brother or father. He was among the professional artists while she showed 'native flowers on card’ with Mrs Whitfield in 'Class B’ (watercolour and oil paintings). The only other exhibitor noted in this section was Mrs Graves of Hobart.
