amateur photographer, took the original photographs of Tasmanian scenery from which stereographs were 'Beautifully Printed in London’ then sold by J. Walch & Sons at Hobart Town in 1863. The photographer was possibly Eliza Pitcairn 's brother, only surviving son of Robert and Dorothea Jessy Pitcairn.
