sculptor, was awarded a First Class Certificate for his 'Flowers Sculpted in Marble’ at the 1861 Victorian Exhibition – the only award initially made in the 'ornamental arts’ category, although Charles Summers was later given a First Class Certificate for his 'Design for the Seal of the Commission’ (listed in 'Supplementary Awards’). No address is given for Tallett in the catalogue.
