watercolourist, painted a view of Jones’s Auction Mart, Sandhurst (Bendigo), Victoria, shown at the 1854 Melbourne Exhibition. She was possibly the wife of Tom or Sanford Rowe, two sons of George Rowe who had come to Bendigo in April 1854 and, like their brother George Curtis Fawcett Rowe , took up acting under the name of Fawcett. George became internationally famous as an actor but little is known of his brothers, less of their putative wives.
