Barkindji painter, Neil Biles was born in Bourke New South Wales, and lives and works in Mildura, Victoria. He has completed a course in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts and Design at Sunraysia TAFE College and was involved in the publication of the children’s book Once Upon a Koori Time while at TAFE.
