Born 1/7/43 Pipalyatjare. Pitjanjatjara speaker. Her country is Pipalyatjare and she paints Malu and Seven Sisters (Welljajeme) Dreamings. She lives in the Mutitjulu Community at Uluru. She is married to Tommy Wengi and has a daughter Patricia Donegan. Her sister is Merlejere Wilson. Nellie has been painting since 1986 and sells her work through Maruku Arts and Crafts at Uluru.
