Pottery decorator who was born in England. In the United Kingdon he worked for Royal Doulton before emigrating to New South Wales and working for Diana Potteries, then Studio Anna where he was introduced Aboriginal designs. In 1958 he commenced working at Brisbane & Wunderlich where he painted bush scenes on fan shaped vases and plates, some are signed N. Sherratt. He resigned c1962 when 'Wembley Ware’ was no longer made.
