Olga Horak (nee Rosenberger), born in 1926, is a Holocaust survivor. She arrived in Australia in 1949 with her husband John Horak where they established the Hibodress Garment Factory.

An exhibition held to celebrate the Sydney Jewish Museum’s 20th Anniversary. Dressing Sydney: The Jewish Fashion Story which gives Sydney a look into the “Schmatte” trade (an affectionate Yiddish term for rags or clothing).
