Colonial male police photographer and watchmaker who took the infamous photographs of the Kelly gang captured, including images of the charred remains of several of the bushrangers. He marketed a set of 19 photographs reenacting the Kelly saga some of which were also sold by Arthur W Burman, Melbourne and James R Bray of Beechworth.
