Born at Titjikala (Maryvale) in 1963, Patricia Boko is a Pitjantjatjara speaker who lives with her husband and four children in Alice Springs. She works as a translator/interpreter at the Institute for Aboriginal Development Language Centre. She was taught to paint by her mother, Eileen BOKO, her maternal grandfather’s Dreamings (Snake, Homesick) from the Petermann Ranges.
