Patricia (Patsy) Payne is a printmaker, pencil and charcoal artist and teacher. She exhibited in numerous group and prize shows in Victoria, Fremantle, Barcelona and Sydney. Since 1995 Payne has been Head of the Print Workshop at Canberra School of Art, Australian National University.
