contemporary printmaker, Tasmania. TMAG has several works, including 'Great Mother Cycles’, artist’s proof, inscribed 'M.A.B. AS THE GREAT GODDESS DEMONSTRATES A CYCLIC [BIKE] MODEL OF THE NATURE OF CREATION (#5568). Also several works from her 'Frances and the Swan’ series, 1990, i.e. 'Frances and the Swan’, artist’s proof (Edwardian lady with black swan on her lap); 'Frances and the Swan—Clutch’ (with mum and kids as Dutch peasants); 'Frances and the Swan—Triumph Ceremony’, showing a man and woman in a rowing boat with a black and a white swan underneath inscribed: 'The triumph ceremony consists of raised wings, erect fluffed neck, chin lifting and calling. Of great significance in pair formation, it is [..ied] by adults only after the pair have chosen each other’ (near swans), and 'When Frances discovered how much Charles paid to hire the boat they stopped rowing on the river’ (noted beside couple).
