Paul Schremmer, (b.1929) A.S.T.C., A.M.I.E. (Aust.), A.I.D.I.A.
Schremmer studied at Sydney Technical College and began his career with Email designing white goods, then Ford (UK), then back to Australia to set up Email’s Sydney Industrial Design Studio in 1956. In 1965, he was the President of the Society of Industrial Designers of Australia (SIDA). He established his own firm Paul Schremmer and Associates in 1967. After 1989, the firm continued as Schremmer Crick. He has designed for a number of firms including Ford Motor Company (1954-1955), Crown Corning, Primus, Crane, Metters, Kelvinator, Rheem and many others.
