painter and printmaker, worked in Melbourne. He exhibited with the Social Realist Group and the Victorian Artists’ Society in 1944-47. His work also appeared in 'Australia at War’ at the National Gallery of Victoria in 1945. Graham helped set up Victorian Printmakers’ Group. He also did 'Notation Paintings’ of outback landscapes.
