Painter and printmaker who worked in Melbourne in the 1940's. Graham helped set up the Victorian Printmakers' Group and was a regular exhibitor with the Social Realist Group and the Victorian Artists' Society.

painter and printmaker, worked in Melbourne. He exhibited with the Social Realist Group and the Victorian Artists’ Society in 1944-47. His work also appeared in 'Australia at War’ at the National Gallery of Victoria in 1945. Graham helped set up Victorian Printmakers’ Group. He also did 'Notation Paintings’ of outback landscapes.
