comic strip artist, draws the strip 'Ballantyne’, set in World War II, written by James H. Kemsley (Senior) and published in the Sydney Sun-Herald . One cartoon by Foster dated 28 February 1984, drawn for the Bulletin , is at Mitchell Library PXD 739.
