Exhibited a watercolour of Cottesloe Beach with the West Australian Society of Arts in 1906. There is some confusion in the catalogue. A Mr R is listed as a member yet Mr A is listed as the exhibitor. It is possible that it was Mr A. R. Gillespie who was a student at Perth Technical School.
