Painter or sketcher who was awarded a prize at the 1866 exhibition of the South Australian Society of Arts in Adelaide. Probably the son of artist Robert Norman he lived in Western Australia from 1883 where he practised as a dentist.

The artist was probably Robert Norman 's son Roger, who took over his father’s dentistry practice in 1878, then went to live in Western Australia in 1883 immediately after his father’s death, arriving with his wife on 29 December. He practised as a dentist there until 1889.
