Colonial Sydney and Blue Mountains painter and sketcher who exhibited as an amateur at the NSW Academy of Art's sixth annual exhibition in 1877. Nearly a decade later he exhibited a number of watercolours at the Melbourne Centennial International Exhibition.

painter and sketcher, exhibited a pen and ink drawing, cat.150 Varieties , as an amateur at the NSW Academy of Art 6th annual exhibition in 1877. Resident at 127 Riley Street, Wolloomooloo in 1880, he exhibited pen and ink drawings in the NSW Court of the Melbourne International Exhibition: Elizabeth Knighting Drake and The Young Zither-Player . Resident at Springwood, he exhibited in the NSW Court of the Melbourne Centennial International Exhibition: (1) water-colour painting Group of Waratahs ; (2) water-colour painting Bunch of Flowers ; (3) pen and ink drawing Elaine ; (4) crayon drawing Newfoundland Dog .
