printmaker, was born in Te Puke New Zealand and studied at the School of Fine Arts, Auckland University (Dip Fine arts 1967). From 1972 she lived in the South Island of NZ moving to Tarawa, Republic of Kiribati in 1982-99. She makes colour and b/w linocuts 1990s, ill. Roger Butler, My Head is a Map: A decade of Australian Prints , NGA catalogue, 1992. Her first solo exhibition was in Auckland in 1970. She was in the Paris Print Biennial in 1973 and in 1986 she was included in the Biennale of Sydney. She regularly exhibited at agog, then with Helen Maxwell Gallery. Currently lliving in Masterton, NZ. Recently she has been collaborating with artists from the Pacific (3 tapa acquired by NGA and included in 2001 print exhibition).
