Simon Minus grew up in Broome, Western Australia. In 2006, in association with Kuju Aboriginal Arts and Crafts of Port Lincoln, South Australia, he had the opportunity to exhibit a work in the Our Mob exhibition at the Adelaide Festival Centre.
