Victor Greenaway was born in Sale, Victoria. At Sale Tech Victor learnt to throw and clay handling techniques from Noel Flood (ceramicist).

Organic, raw and crisp lines define his style.
Brush marks indicate the Australian bush.

Broomhill Pottery was established by Greenaway in 1975, adjacent to 'Mungeribar’. Upper Beaconsfield, Vic.

Studio, workshop, gallery, training ground.
Production work and domestic ware.

He completed a Diploma of Fine Art at the RMIT and worked at Ian Sprague’s Mungeribar Pottery.

In 1973 he built his own studio and has continued to produce functional and decorative ceramics.

Broomhill pottery
In 1975 he established a production studio there with a training programme funded by the Australia Council.
