Victor Greenaway was born in Sale, Victoria. At Sale Tech Victor learnt to throw and clay handling techniques from Noel Flood (ceramicist). ¶

Organic, raw and crisp lines define his style. ¶
Brush marks indicate the Australian bush. ¶

Broomhill Pottery was established by Greenaway in 1975, adjacent to 'Mungeribar'. Upper Beaconsfield, Vic. ¶

Studio, workshop, gallery, training ground. ¶
Production work and domestic ware. ¶

He completed a Diploma of Fine Art at the RMIT and worked at Ian Sprague's Mungeribar Pottery. ¶

In 1973 he built his own studio and has continued to produce functional and decorative ceramics. ¶

In 1975 he established a production studio there with a training programme funded by the Australia Council.
