sketcher, exhibited at the 1879 Launceston Fine Art Exhibition: no.49 Crayon – Landscape with Bridge – W.W. Bell – W.T. Bell (exhibitor); no.71 Crayon – Lake Scene – W.W. Bell – W.T. Bell; no.138 Crayon – Marine View – W.W. Bell – W.T. Bell. The Launceston Weekly Examiner (22 February 1879) commented: 'In crayons two sketches by Mr W. Bell are worthy of note’.
