William Nicholls Anderson b. 1873

A student of Frederick McCubbin, William Nicholls Anderson was a landscape painter who exhibited for several decades with the Victorian Artists Society. On his death William Moore pronounced him an uneven painter who 'occasionally accomplished something rare'.
