Zenobia J. Bowman

The daughter of painter and art teacher John Shearer Bowman, Zenobia studied art under her father who exhibited her work along with his own at a number of Victorian exhibitions. Working in the pastels that her father invented using Victorian earth and clay, Bowman last known exhibition was in 1877.
